"If you are looking for an honest, friendly, hardworking travel agent…your search ends here. You have found THE ONE. We have no affiliation to Charla other than finding her on Facebook, so this is our honest review. I have always been the one to book our trips, I never trusted anyone else to get everything right because I am very particular with planning trips. Everything must go as planned and that is a lot of responsibility to put on someone else. I humbled myself and searched for a travel agent through FB groups. Multiple agents reached out, however Charla stood out to me. She was very professional and was not pushy at all. She listened to every request we had and executed every single detail. She is a great communicator and responds to any texts or calls in a timely manner. We threw a bunch of curve balls at her during the planning stages, and it did not phase her at all. One of the major curve balls was 2 weeks prior to the trip one of the individuals that was supposed go on the trip backed out and I had someone else interested in taking that place. Charla went above and beyond switching everything over to the new traveler. This issue would have completely stressed me out, but she got everything fixed within 24 hours."
